As a new user of Mass Automation products I was a little concerned as I found your refund policy a little harsh and items like this combined with a Company's T&C are often an indication that the company had past issues and is a warning to the buyer that perhaps they should look elsewhere.
I would like to advise future customers that I have found you VERY acceptable to my ideas and the support team have been prompt, helpful and courteous. You have incorporated new idea swiftly and are obviously a forward looking company willing to improve your products and services.
